CCCP refers to for playback purposes:

The Combined Community Codec Pack, a codec pack for Microsoft® Windows™ operating systems developed to play back rich multimedia content. This codec pack comes with the latest and most up to date codecs for your playback needs. They also include in their codec pack 2 different media players. The first being Media Player Classic, which is full of features, and relatively easy to use. The second being Zoom Player, which also has some nice playback features.
